Project Manager
Job Duties
  • Lead testing, commissioning, and handover activities for fire protection and safety systems.
  • Compile, review, and present final project reports to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, bills of materials, budgets, cashflow projections, workload forecasts, and other project requirements.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
  • Manage all third-party vendors and stakeholders involved in the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and control project budgets and timelines to ensure compliance with contract terms and defined scope of work.
  • Coordinate procurement activities to ensure all materials and equipment are delivered on time and meet project specifications and budget requirements.
  • Enforce strict quality assurance and quality control standards throughout installation and construction phases.
  • Identify project risks and issues, and propose practical solutions to resolve them effectively.
  • Provide feedback on product defects, non-conformance, and quality issues to support continuous improvement and future procurement decisions.
  • Ensure regular reporting, documentation, and coordination with the headquarters and management team.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or higher professional qualification in Engineering or a related discipline relevant to fire protection, building services, or safety systems.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in fire protection, building services, engineering, EPC, or related industries.
  • Proven experience in project management, project controls, supply chain coordination, and HSE compliance.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end project execution, from planning through commissioning and handover.
  • Good technical knowledge of fire protection systems (e.g. fire alarms, sprinklers, suppression systems, or related safety installations).
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Willingness to travel within the country as required by project needs.

The Role

We are actively seeking a highly motivated and outcome-driven Sales Manager to lead and drive substantial growth within our established Food & Beverage (F&B) portfolio across Singapore.

This pivotal onsite role is responsible for actively promoting and selling King Fire’s full suite of fire protection products and services—including fire alarm systems, suppression systems, compliance solutions, servicing, and maintenance contracts—to F&B operators, restaurant groups, franchise chains, and commercial kitchen facilities.

The successful candidate will strategically manage existing F&B accounts while aggressively pursuing new business opportunities, positioning King Fire as the preferred fire safety partner within the F&B sector.

Core Responsibilities

Portfolio Leadership:
Oversee and expand King Fire’s F&B portfolio by driving sales of fire protection systems, compliance solutions, and recurring maintenance contracts.

Revenue Generation:
Design and execute targeted sales strategies to secure new F&B clients and increase wallet share within existing accounts.

Solution Selling:
Present and position King Fire’s fire protection products and services as mission-critical solutions that ensure regulatory compliance, operational continuity, and risk mitigation.

Client Relationship Management:
Develop strong commercial relationships with F&B owners, operators, facilities managers, and decision-makers.

Market Penetration:
Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within restaurant chains, franchise networks, hospitality groups, and large-scale commercial kitchen operators.

Sales Cycle Management:
Manage the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.

Interdepartmental Collaboration:
Work closely with technical, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

Professional Experience:
3–5 years of proven sales experience within the Food & Beverage industry.

Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of F&B operational requirements, regulatory compliance frameworks, and commercial decision-making processes.

Solution-Selling Capability:

Experience selling technical, compliance-driven, or service-based solutions is highly advantageous.

Performance Orientation:
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.

Executive Presence:
Confident and professional in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
